Oneric deb8689eba federation/in: fix inlined featured collections ... Resolves interop issue with a (reverted but possibly returning) bridgy change as was reported in the comments of https://akkoma.dev/AkkomaGang/akkoma/issues/831. This won't change anything for the problem originally reported there.
