ddb8a5ef73 yeet AP C2S support 
literally nothing uses C2S AP, and it's another route into core
systems which requires analysis and maintenance. A second API
is just extra surface for potentially bad things so let's take
it out back and obliterate it

0b14f02ed2 User: generate private keys on user creation 
This fixes a race condition bug where keys could be regenerated
post-federation, causing activities and HTTP signatures from an user to
be dropped due to key differences.

Let pins federate 
- save object ids on pin, instead of activity ids
- pins federation
- removed pinned_activities field from the users table
- activityPub endpoint for user pins
- pulling remote users pins
