ab03f81219 Fix info ids. 
The previous migration actually created values for the key "id", including the
quotes. This one should fill out all missing ids.

3d714f85a8 Drop the general index on activities. 
Indices should be more specific as the general index can lead to
slower queries because postgres can't estimate the specificity of
jsonb indexes very well.
